Call the office Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, or send the form whenever it suits you. If we’re out on a job, leave a message. Existing customers with an emergency will find our emergency number on the voicemail.
We’ll set up a time to come see the job. No two older houses are the same inside, even on the same street. One builder may have used better materials than the one next door, and someone along the way may have made changes of their own. So the plumber looks at what’s actually there before recommending anything, and explains your options before any work starts.
Larger jobs get a written quote before anything begins. You can ask for one on smaller jobs too; plenty of new customers do, even for a very small first job. When the work is done, the plumber walks you through it if you’re home. Many longtime customers simply leave us a key. Repairs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
